At Mandap Ethnics, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns:

Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

• Only unused, unwashed, and unaltered products with all tags and original packaging will be accepted.

• Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns.

Refunds:

• Once we receive the item and it passes the quality check, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
